Terms & Conditions

Introduction

Welcome to bcb88, an online gaming and sports betting platform serving players across Bangladesh — from Dhaka, Chittagong, and Sylhet to Rajshahi, Barisal, Khulna, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the bcb88 website, mobile interface, games, betting markets, and all associated services. They constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and bcb88. By creating an account or placing a wager on bcb88, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted every clause set out in this document.

These terms apply to all users of bcb88 regardless of whether you are browsing casually, participating in live casino games, placing cricket bets, spinning slots, or engaging with any promotional offer. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately. bcb88 reserves the right to update these terms at any time; continued use after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Account Registration and Eligibility

To use bcb88's services, you must create a personal account. Registration is open to individuals who meet all of the following criteria: you are at least 21 years of age; you are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party; the information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and complete; and you are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.

• You must provide a valid email address and a secure password during registration.
• Only one account is permitted per person, household, device, or shared IP address.
• bcb88 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time to verify identity.
• Accounts found to belong to minors will be permanently closed and any funds forfeited.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

bcb88 supports a range of payment methods that are familiar to players across Bangladesh. All financial transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules govern how funds move in and out of your bcb88 account:

• Minimum deposit amounts and minimum withdrawal thresholds are published on the bcb88 cashier page and are subject to change.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit (anti-money-laundering requirement).
• bcb88 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, including bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer systems.
• Any deposits made using fraudulent payment methods will be reversed and the account suspended immediately.

bcb88 performs routine security reviews on large withdrawal requests. During these reviews, a temporary hold may be placed on the relevant funds while identity and source-of-funds verification is completed. This process typically takes no more than 72 hours. Players in Dhaka, Chittagong, and other cities across Bangladesh are equally subject to these standard checks.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

bcb88 offers a variety of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, free spins, reload offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as IPL, BPL, T20 World Cup, and Eid festivals. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• Each bonus carries a specific wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses claimed through multiple accounts or in bad faith will be voided without compensation.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid only for the designated game(s) and expire within the stated timeframe.
• bcb88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Bonus abuse, including but not limited to matched betting strategies designed to exploit bcb88 promotional terms, will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances. bcb88's decisions regarding bonus abuse are final and non-negotiable.

Prohibited Activities

To maintain the integrity of the bcb88 platform and protect all players, the following activities are strictly prohibited. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, permanent banning, and/or legal action:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the bcb88 platform in any way.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or mathematical errors in any game for monetary gain.
• Any form of money laundering, including using bcb88 accounts as a vehicle for processing illicit funds.
• Collusion with other players in live casino games, poker, or any competitive game mode.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the bcb88 platform — including but not limited to graphics, logos, game interfaces, promotional materials, written content, software code, and the bcb88 brand identity — is the exclusive intellectual property of bcb88 or its licensed third-party partners (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and Microgaming). You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, or public display of any bcb88 content is strictly prohibited and may constitute a breach of copyright law. Any such violation will be pursued to the fullest extent permissible.

Limitation of Liability

bcb88 provides its platform and all associated services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bcb88 expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. bcb88 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Under no circumstances shall bcb88, its directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the platform. The total liability of bcb88 in any matter arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by the user in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy and Data Protection

bcb88 is committed to protecting the personal data of all users. The manner in which we collect, store, use, and share your information is set out in full in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By accepting these terms, you also accept our Privacy Policy. In summary: your data is collected for the purpose of providing services, processing transactions, preventing fraud, and complying with applicable legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. All data is stored using industry-standard SSL encryption protocols, and access is restricted to authorised personnel only.

Amendments to These Terms

bcb88 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bcb88 will notify registered users via the email address on file or through a prominent notice displayed on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

Your continued use of bcb88 following any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must stop using the platform and may request the closure of your account by contacting our support team.
